INGREDIENTS 

1-quart sparkling water 

Juice of 1 orange 

1 ripened mango pitted, peeled, and cubed

 

 

 

Preparation With a handheld or portable juicer, extract the juice from a peeled orange and mango that’s been pitted and cubed. 

 

Mango cubes that have been chilled can also make an excellent flavor addition in your glass to munch on Combine the juice and gently mix with sparkling water in a quart or liter-sized container with a lid and chill until you’re ready to serve. 

 

One important thing to remember is that your sparking water will only stay carbonated for so long. You can still drink it after this point but if you want the fizzy flavor, enjoy it much sooner!

    • 1-pint Blueberries 
    • 2 cups still water 
    • 3 cups sparkling water 
    • Juice of 1 lemon

 

Preparation 

 

Put your blueberries with still water in your blender and blend until smooth.  Combine blended blueberries & water with your sparkling water and lemon juice and chill until you’re ready to serve.

 1 medium beet peeled and grated 

 1 banana 

 1 tbsp ground flax seed

It doesn't matter what time of year it is, this delicious Paleo Spiced Hot Chocolate is the sweet and creamy, chocolaty & rich drink recipe you'll enjoy over and over again and will leave your taste buds wanting more.   

MAKES 4  SERVING

TOTAL TIME 20 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS

 

 

  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder 
  • 1/4 cup Honey 
  • 14 oz Coconut milk 
  • 2 cup Water 
  • 1 Cinnamon stick 
  • 1 Anise pod pinch of Nutmeg             
 
PREPARATION
Put the cocoa powder and honey in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk until smooth and add the coconut milk and water. Bring ingredients to a simmer while stirring the entire time. Add the cinnamon stick, anise pod, and nutmeg, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. 
 
Remove spices and serve.
