We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.
No refund or exchange will be offered.
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
