Customer Service Commitment
As part of our Customer Service commitment, Paleo Ranch stands behind our products and we want you to be as happy with them as the vast majority of our customers have been. You can always contact us for any return questions at email@example.com.
We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.
Store policy now includes a section for damaged products received. In the event that a customer accepts a damaged product, they will have 7 business days to contact support and will need to provide pictures of the packaging and the product. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please, DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process. No refund or exchange will be offered for returned food products.
Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we, unfortunately, do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
