For the past 2 years, health and activity have been replaced with hibernation.  Staying home has become normalized with the significant increase in people working from home. Whether you're young or old, taking control of your health and the foods you put in your body is detrimental to a long and happy life. 


Even if you've never been active, there's no better time to start! Springtime is right around the corner! While getting into an active routine may seem like a burden, doing the activities you like to do while setting goals for yourself not only increases your fitness, but gives you the chance to experience things you've never seen before, like the top of a mountain, or a submerged wreck.
