Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the time when you need a hearty and healthy meal. 


This turkey sausage patty with lemon & spinach recipe is a quick, healthy, and fulfilling breakfast idea that you can prepare ahead of time so you can quickly prepare anytime.






    • 1 pound ground turkey 
    • 1 egg 
    • 1 onion finely diced 
    • 2 cloves garlic minced 
    • 1 teaspoon paprika 
    • 1 teaspoon oregano 
    • 1 teaspoon ground sage 
    • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 
    • 1 pound baby spinach  
    • Juice of 1 lemon 
    • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste







Combine the turkey, egg, onion, garlic, and seasonings in a mixing bowl and mix until combined. Form into 2-inch breakfast patties. Heat your Paleo-friendly, extra virgin oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sausage patties until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan.




Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Add the lemon juice. Serve the sausage with the spinach.

    • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 
    • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
    • 2 cloves garlic minced 
    • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 
    • 1 tablespoon chopped thyme leaves 
    • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary leaves 
    • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast 
    • 1 red onion sliced 
    • Lettuce leaves or spinach for serving 
    • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste







Whisk the yogurt, mustard, garlic, and cider vinegar in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.


Chill until ready to serve.


Serve in the lettuce leaves or over a bed of spinach.
